All about Abby!

Welcome, friends!

Thank you so much for stopping by to hear about me and the passion that has guided my entire life. Ever since I was a small child, I’ve had a natural pull toward animals of every kind. Whether it was helping an injured bird, turning a confused snake back toward safety, offering food to a hungry chipmunk, or comforting a nervous puppy who needed quiet reassurance, I felt an instant connection. Animals have always held a special place in my heart — a place that’s only grown bigger over the years.

My love for business started almost as early. By the age of ten, I was already fascinated with how people work, earn, and build something meaningful from the ground up. My mom became the patient recipient of a hundred questions a day about money, responsibilities, goals, and dreams. At twelve, I was eager to start working, and with my mom’s help, I began babysitting.

At thirteen, everything clicked into place when I took on my very first dog-walking job. I walked my neighbor’s dog for over two and a half years, and during that time, I realized that caring for animals wasn’t just something I loved — it was something I felt called to do. Eventually I created a page offering babysitting and dog walking, and that small beginning blossomed into what is now Abby’s Helping Hands.

Since then... I’ve grown not only in experience, but in understanding, compassion, and dedication. I’ve learned the ins and outs of pet care, business management, communication, and most importantly — trust. I love what I do, and I love how I choose to do it.

My fur-babies, and yours, always come first. That has been my guiding principle from the very beginning. If that means helping an owner decide on the right veterinarian, sitting with a family during their pet’s final hours, or offering comfort and support during stressful moments — I am there. For the pet, and for the humans who love them.

I do this work because I know how deeply people love their animals. I know the anxiety of trusting someone new. And honestly? I would only trust myself with my pets — so why would you trust just anyone to come into your home and care for your beloved family member?

At Abby’s Helping Hands, your pet isn’t just a job. They’re a heartbeat, a story, a companion, and a piece of my family, my world. In which deserves respect, warmth, and genuine love. And that’s exactly what I’m here to give.
